Clutch issue

I have a vauxhall astra k 1.0 petrol and have this issue that when the car has been running for a while and warmed up the clutch pedal has abit of play init before I feel resistance and it can be difficult to change gears it only does it when it's warmed up doesn't do it when it's cold can anyone help or have suggestions

This sounds like a typical water in hydraulic fluid problem, although I have no idea whether your vehicle has a cable or hydraulic clutch. If it is hydraulic, draining the fluid completely, drying out any water in the system as well, and replacing with clean fluid should solve your problem .

Astra 1.3SRi Turbo

My clutch pedal is inclined to stick when changing gears especially when I try to put car into reverse. I sometimes have to stall the car to get it to go into neutral then select a gear
