ECM Fuse Missing

Checked the fusebox in the engine compartment of our 70 plate 1.2 Petrol Crossland X and noticed there is no ECM Fuse (engine control module).

The car has been driving should I say, not great since we got the car so I have had a check of the ECM Fuse with the thinking of resetting it, only to find no No.28 Fuse in there as per the cars driver manual fuses diagram

So the obvious question is. Should there be a Fuse in there in number 28? Thanks
