Where to charge another vehicle from my Insignia B (2019)

I have searched and searched and when 95% of my results come back with 'how to charge your insignia.' I am getting close to the point of giving up, but hopefully someone can help here?

I have an Insignia B which I am trying to use to charge another vehicle (VW Touran which has a dead battery), how do I connect the jump leads to my Insignia to charge the other vehicle. I see the metal connector by the side of the plastic cover where the battery is located, do I need to pull all of that plastic stuff off and find the normal + and - under it?

Hope someone can help before I start ripping my car apart
