Combo van electric window issue

Hi wonder if anybody has come acrosd this recently down sized from.a vivaro to a 2012 combo which came with 1 3 button fob key button didnt work the central locking remotely but does if tbe key bought a new shell xase and trying to.get the remote workingit will unlock the doors but wont lock it tbe weird thing is when you unlock it with the remote button and tirn thebign to start bith electric windowd drop.down dies any body.know how to stop this any help.would be great
