Got an insgina 18 plate whet to get in it this morning and the central locking made a noise but all doors won’t open. The boot did so climb in and went to open the doors from inside and nothing basically all doors won’t open from inside or out the central locking works and locks go up and down on the doors. Any ideas ?

Sorry o thought you had the missfire problem. Yes that’s as sorted so basically after going back and  fourth with the warranty and the place I bought it for like 5 days. It all off sudden just worked and all the doors opened and work fine. Not even sure how but all could open and close and works fine now thanks

It's a while ago you posted this. I have the same with a 2011 Insignia. Only the driver's door will open but only with the key. Neither fob or the controls inside the car will open the doors, not even if there is a clonking sound. Sometimes it clonks, sometimes it clicks and either way the doors remain locked. Tried disconnecting the battery and resetting ECU & the first time, that worked, but not the second. It is intermittent. Sometimes it works perfectly. Sometimes starting the engine will get the inside controls clonking but the doors don't open. Many clonks later, they will. Did it remain fixed for you? Most problems return just after you are sure they are fixed.

Have 2017 Grand Sport VRS & require LH Front door card / trim panel in black as door lock failure requires removal of this to repair with resultant damage.

Thanks Tom, just saw your reply. My problem fixed itself, then returned. It's definitely electrical rather than mechanical.
