SOS Please help me , I'm confused 🤣

Be grateful of any help with 2 things please , I was poking round the engine bay earlier just checking where things are like egr and other stuff and noticed my battery has AGM on it, over the last few weeks since having the car it's never done the stop start, there's no dash button with the "A" and little circle round like my BMW had so I'm confused as to why there's an AGM battery but no switch,  my car is 2015 facelift sports tourer,  ecoflex,  tech line, I have the eco button but I've read that just makes the car less responsive better fuel economy,  can someone shine a bit of light on this please.

My 2nd confused moment 😊 is , I have a reverse camera to fit but don't know which colour wires in the reverse light to tap into for the + - , can anyone help with this too,  I have searched for answers to both things but struggling find answers. cheers
