Hi all

can I please ask for some advice on how to fix a fault with my insignia?

my radio and screen do not work properly together

For example the buttons do not correlate to their functions, pressing the radio button turns it off whilst pushing the sound button changes the frequency 

further more, the TP is constantly on, so even if I find a radio station to listen to it immediately returns to a channel with traffic updates 

its a cd400 please can anyone help me fix this!
