I have a 2019 Grandland X. The front and rear windscreen washers have stopped working. Both fuses are OK and when I've removed the pump and tested it with 12v it works OK in both directions. I also have 12v present at the pump connector when the stalk is pressed for front and back. I've also tried a new pump. When it's all reassembled it doesn't work. Has anyone had the same issue or an idea what it could be ?

is the pump running when connected to the car? if so they have a very small filter that sits in the washer battle where the pump pushes in, see if that's blocked. ive had it on a few of the older vauxhalls Zafira vectra astras not 100% sure if the newer ones still have it.

Hi Paul the pump doesn't run when the connector is on the pump with the pump removed from the tank. Can't find any info online to say whether the washer circuit uses a relay on the Grandland X. Thanks for the info.
