Hi!

I recently acquired my 2011 SRi and since there didn't seem to be much cold air coming from the AC system, arranged for it to be cleaned and regassed by my local Kwik Fit a couple of days ago. No strange noises at this point.

Driving the next day, all was well but starting the car to come home last night, a strange noise started that was easily diagnosed to be linked to the ac as it stopped as soon as you turned it off. Popped in to the local Kwik Fit again and they confirmed there are no strange noises from the outside of the car and it's just internal and so suspected it wasn't anything mechanical in the AC unit but perhaps something had found its way in to the pipe.

I've hopefully uploaded a video that explains all. Any suggestions as to what it is and more importantly, how best to fix it would be gratefully received. One other point to mention is that it does sound very much like it is inside the car and high and central to the centre console.

Many thanks!
