Audio issue 2014 dab+ sat nav model

Hello all . 

My first posting here and hope to get some help please, I have a 64 plate SRI CDTI Ecoflex Tech nav. love the car and everything.

My issue is the Head unit blanks off or freezes, bluetooth can be slightly errartic but not too bad. I am look for ways to either solve issue / improve it. didnt get much help from dealer other than a expensive price just to look at it .

 

Any advice would be appreciated
