Chrome delete

Hi guys I was just wondering if anyone knows how to get off any of the parts in my pictures, not sure if they're clipped or stuck on and don't want to destroy anything, I want the grey flashing along the door off, the chrome handle and the outside window strips on all doors, I've already done the long plastic handles inside the door and they are now shiny black but I've not put them back on yet incase I need to remove the door panels to take anything else off, any help would be great thanks.
