Insignia Grill

1. Hi all, I have a 2015 Insignia with some slight damage to the front upper grill which has chrome which the badge mounts to and along the bottom but the grill is mainly black.
   
   My question is can use an earlier year of grill or are they a completely different shape to my 2015 (face-lift?) model?
   
   I can find hundreds of second hand earlier ones but I've heard they won't fit my 2015 model.
   
   Struggling to find one like mine, but it doesn't need to look the same.
