  1. Hi Everyone, Just after some advice on my Insignia Grand Sport 1.6 Diesel, I keep getting the Engine code P0401 EGR Flow Insufficient - I do a lot of motorway miles and tried everything from driving in high revs to spraying egr cleaner as advised by the tin. If I clear the code it won't come back on for a while and then it will. Only thing I haven't tried is removing the EGR Valve and pipes giving it a good scrub, would this work or am I wasting my time and its goosed, needing replacing. Thanks in advance for advice.
  2. i bought a 2013 2.0 insignia ecoflex about 4 months ago and when i got it the guy had put in a new clutch, flywheel and slave cylinder and everything seemed fine, clutch felt amazing, but recently the clutch pedal has been sticking to the floor and does not come back up unless i pull it back up with my foot this only seems to happen once the car is hot and i am using the clutch in start stop traffic and it occasional happens when i put the car into reverse, also sometimes when the clutch is stuck to the floor the car still want to move . i took it to the garage the other day and they told me most likely it was the clutch master cylinder had gone so i got a new one fitted, but only 3 days after that the car starting doing the exact same thing from before where the clutch kept sticking to the floor, i have now been to numerous garages where some people are telling me that i need it bled again or that when they bled the clutch master cylinder they basically busted it up, i have now went back to the garage that fitted the clutch master cylinder and now there telling me it more than likely that is its the clutch valve that sits in between the slave cylinder and the clutch master, but i cant seem to find anything online about the clutch valve or if its even a common thing to go on insignia. i just need some advice before i go spending loads more on the car on pointless things

  4. Rear Main Seal. Hi, my car has been in the garage for 4 weeks today for a new clutch, flywheel and master cylinder. They rang me today and said they’ve had to order a rear main seal or whatever. Has anyone else had one changed and can tell me how it took to get the car back when having a new one fitted? Thank you! Kieran B
