Hi, any ideas please? I get a loud electrical bang on full lock both left and right , passed Mot fine and said to get auto electrician, is this a sensor? Anyone had the same issue

Hi , when I turn to full lock on either side there is a loud bang which is quite embarrassing! I have been told it is possibly an electrical problem ? Thoughts please
