    Firmware update has frozen my infotainment system

    Hello I have just recently bought a 21 plate Crossland & the my Vauxhall app told me there was an firmware update available for my infotainment system. I completely followed all instructions to download the update on my computer & loaded up onto a USB stick a proceeded to load it on to my system, but 2/3 of the way through it came up with an error & the system has not worked since. Does anyone know how I can get my system back as I’ve lost everything & the dealership doesn’t have a clue what’s going on after I took it to them. thanks
