Have charged battery now the ignition and dash lights are flashing when I turn on the ignition and wipers are coming on even rear wiper ..any suggestions

after an emergency stop my mokka ignition went dead as well as all the electrics. even the hazards didn't work.after a push managed to bump start but now the immobilizer light is permanently on .i managed to drive home but now the car wont start. any ideas ??
