  1. hi all. Firstly apologies if this has already been covered - I couldn't find it amongst the other threads, hence this post. I have a 2015 2.0 Biturbo diesel, 128k. Always given Dexos 2 oil every 10k Car runs well - no horrible noises, idles well, returns decent (ISH) mpg. However if I bimble around town for any amount of time when I get out to open highways and accelerate I get five or so seconds if blue / white smoke. Then all is good and no amount of hard acceleration creates any smoke at all. Until I next bumble around in 2nd / 3rd gear for a bit. No smoke at start up, only after a bit of town work. at first I thought it was the turbo but after the first blast of smoke it doesn't happen again. If it was stem seals it rings I'd expect it to do it after it starts each morning. does this ring any bells with anyone?
  2. hi all. I've got a 2015 biturbo Cascada (same engine as insignia) that's gone into limp mode and won't regen. My local garage have scanned it and it's showing a p2453 code - "DPF sensor implausible" or something similar. I've swapped the dpf pressure sensor but can't get back into the garage till early march to relearn the new sensor. Is there anyone in the Grantham area with a Voxcom unit (or similar) who can help?
