Does sound like the EGR then mate. Not sure if they can be blanked off on your model, but prob worth looking into.

Sorry mate, just re read your first post. I thought you meant rear discs. I tried to get backing plates for the wires BMW earlier in the year, couldn't get them from anywhere. In the end, i gave up and called BMW. Only cos £12 each, so prob worth giving Vauxhall a call? Gav
