That’s an odd issue! Sounds like it could be something with the blend door actuator or a faulty servo motor inside the HVAC system. I’ve seen similar clacking noises happen when the temperature control hits a certain point might be worth checking if the sound stops at other settings or if it's consistent every time. Has anyone tried pulling the fuse or doing a reset to see if it clears temporarily?

Hi all recently my combo van clutch pedal went floppy , I found a small piece of white plastic on the floor , on inspection I found at the top of the pedal is a metal box shaped cuppling which pushed the clutch mechanism in to engage gear , does anyone know where I can acquire a new pedal mechanism please ?I inserted a small screw driver as seen in the image below

Hi Guys, I need advice on the Driver Side door mirror, as it has come loose and it was hanging off, so i took the mirror out, but the other element is still connected to the body of the mirror. Do i need to change the element or i can stick another mirror, as i was going to stick the mirror which came off, but i slightly sanded back mirror and i ruined it, as i was going to super glue it. So do i buy a mirror with self adhesive label and stick it on to the existing element or do i buy the full element with mirror and replace. Your help and advice will be appreciated. My car is Vauxhall Astra j 1.7cdti- 5 door hatchback 2011.

Hi, I have just bought a 2006 tigra auto for my daughter as a birthday surprise but needed to get the non working roof & boot sorted. Not knowing where to start I took it to Cayman roofs Ltd in Redhill and for £80 (£96 inc vat) they carried out a diagnostic check. 3 hours later they informed me the roof pump and the door switch on the drivers side were not working. Good result I think and now I know what I need. For £750 they would have fixed it the same day but as I only paid £750 for the car I declined. I had tried to get a diagnostic check with W.J King Vauxhall dealers before Cayman but they wanted £180 plus vat. hopefully I can get some s/h parts for my Tigra to fix it but won’t have the one years warranty Cayman provide. I don’t have any affiliation with Cayman but I thought it might help owners as these Tigra’s do suffer with the roofs as do vw Eos and others with metal roofs. David

Hi Earlier this year I purchased a JC Wyvern which is a kit car using the Vauxhall Magnum running gear engine is the 2.3l High Compression slant four. Although the car look grand as he had recently a respray and a so called rebuild, I am now in the process of rebuilding it correctly. I would like to find any other JC owners so please get in contact if you own one or know someone who owns one

Hi, was it the P0087 fault coded triggering? What is the process to clean the add blue injector, guess it’s on exhaust near DPF? Thanks Mark -
Yes i see that

Hi to all, after long and thorough investigation. I think i made progress. The issue i think its related with adblue injector. When it's faulting it triggers the low pressure common rail fault and then all the others. I cleaned mine the last month and everything is good for about 5000 kilometres. - Earlier

I have the same problem. It worked perfectly yesterday. Today with the same phone and the same cable it only charges my phone but no Android Auto connection -
Good afternoon, I hope you are all well. I have found a badge that is marked on the back J FRAY BHAM. I believe it is off of a Vauxhall Viscount but I am not sure. So that is what brings me here to the experts. Kind regards Stax
