Insignia B20DTH Temperature Sensor location:

Afternoon, I have a 2017 Insignia B 2ltr Diesel Turbo Tourer with a B20DTH engine, please someone let me know where the Temp sensor is.

I have a P017D code come up but the car is running perfectly and is deffo not over heating.

The temp gauge is far left unless you cancel the engine fault and then it flicks to the middle as normal until fault comes back seconds later.

Anyone any ideas, I would be very grateful for a point in the right direction?

I have done a few searches but found nothing as yet.

Thanks in advance.

Best guess (I'm no mechanic) is number 8/10 on that diagram, after doing a quick search on the code

I have recently replaced the cam chain so it would be around there somewhere?

Cheers.

This is the answer I believe, I just need to find the part number now?
