Exiled Royal
Hi. I've just got a Crossland Ultimate (24 plate) and am wanting to connect the Navi to use Android Auto. My phone has Android Auto on it, and I've connected the phone to the car via Bluetooth (no problem). However, when I connect the phone to the car's USB (which I have to do to use Android Auto), although the phone receives power, the Android Auto setup doesn't kick in. I'm simply left at a screen which says to connect the USB cable. Has anybody else had this issue, and if so, have you been able to sort it out? Thanks for looking. John McMahon
Yes, I have had that issue. It's the USB cable that's the issue. It needs to be high speed, comparable to the original charge cable.
Exiled Royal
Thanks John. I've just sorted the cable out and it's all good now.
