    Airbag Light - Can I hardwire it?

    Hi, I have recently puchased a Astra H SRI, unfortunately the airbag light comes on intermitantly. First thing in the mornings it is off, however later on in the day it comes on. I believe this is related to the passenger seat wiring (that's what the seller told me). I had a similar issue in an Alfa Romeo 156 that I had a few years back, this was resolved by simply removing the plugs and hardwiring the cables with electrical connector blocks. Could this also be done on the Astra? Cheers Karlos
