    Failed firmware upgrade

    I’ve had the same problem for over a year now. As well as the unit refusing to update, I’ve also lost the globe icon & all my live features on the Sat-Nav. It’s been back & forth several times to the dealership & even with an extended warranty they are still refusing to cover the cost of replacing the unit. I’m now getting so frustrated with this, that I’m seriously considering getting rid of the car & getting a different make. In case you are wondering it’s a 2021 Nav Elite Turbo.
