    I have just bought an Opel Ascona (Vauxhall Cavalier) convertible. It was first registered in Germany in May 1985, but looking at the Vin, the date letter is E, which I'm pretty sure means it was manufactured in 1984, with all the lovely exempt bonuses that brings. Is that correct? If so, how would you advise I proceed with the DVLA? Can anyone at the club give me a confirmation letter? Thanks!
