    USB Not Supported

    · 55m ago Hi All, I have just bought a lovely 2013 Insignia and I'm having an issue with the usb port playing music from a memory stick. Keeps just saying not supported when I plug it in. I have tried both fat32 and ntfs format but both the same. To test I only put 1 album on there (mp3 format) The stick is brand new sandisk 128gb. I also tested with an 8 and 16 gig stick. There is also power going to the usb as it charges my phone. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
