    2017 Insignia B 1.6d EGR Valve - P0401 code

    Hi Everyone, Just after some advice on my Insignia Grand Sport 1.6 Diesel, I keep getting the Engine code P0401 EGR Flow Insufficient - I do a lot of motorway miles and tried everything from driving in high revs to spraying egr cleaner as advised by the tin. If I clear the code it won't come back on for a while and then it will. Only thing I haven't tried is removing the EGR Valve and pipes giving it a good scrub, would this work or am I wasting my time and its goosed, needing replacing. Thanks in advance for advice.
