    How to change Audio screen display

    Hi, I have a 2015 Insignia Elite. It is linked to my phone via Bluetooth to enable me to play my playlist. The screen has historically displayed the artist and song title on the whole screen. However, I needed to use the sat nav the other day and something has happened to the audio display as now I can’t see the artist/song title it is bringing up half black screen on the bottom with a red bar arrows to left and right with a menu button and underneath 5 radio stations. Any idea how to return the screen to normal please? TIA
