    HELP!!!

    Hi guys and girls New to this forum. im in massive need of help. i have a 2015 insignia and for some reason the rev count is going up and down when driven in low gears at low revs, this also makes the car rock back and forth when going less then 35 mph. the radio and air vents and interior lights also go on and off. all of this happens when rev needle moves up and down, iv taken it to 3-4 different garages and non of them can understand why, iv had them say bad earthing, new fuel pump ect. iv had new few filter,new battery and still no difference. so if anyone could lead me in some direction that would be a massive help.
