    Windscreen washer pump power supply issues

    Hi there, Has anyone had experience with no power to the washer pump on a 2016 zafira ? I've had the pump out and connected direct to the battery and it's working fine in forward and reverse, there are no fuses blown so I have connected a multi-meter to the supply wires and I'm getting a reading that jumps between 2.7-4.1 volts which I'm guessing is not right. My question is do you think that the control unit around the steering column where the stalk fits into is faulty ? Any advise would be very much appreciated. Thanks Shaun
