    Engine fan stuck on, aircon not working

    Hi, I have just bought a 2013 2.0l diesel insignia. Both the engine cooling fans are permanently stuck on from starting the car to turning it off. Also, i don’t know if it is connected, but the aircon is not blowing cold air. I have just had it re-gassed, all controls in the car indicate that it is on, but no cold air. A garage has run a diagnostic but nothing came up. I have disconnected the fans for now to save burning them out. Any ideas anyone? many thanks Lee
