It was in fact, the Right Indicator bulb was faulty, once replaced the other worked Ok It is not a very secure securing method on the rear clusters and I had use only one of the two securing threaded studs as one had previously been damaged ( By Halfords or Garage techies).   3. Sorry I can't help regarding a engineer in your area, but I can confirm the high costs of the items you listed, I have had them all done on my 2008 Corsa. The ABS was a refurb unit and cost £500' The dust cover was about£80 and similar for brake pads
