I very recently brought a very good Crossland Elite 1.5ltr automatic diesel and I would like to top up thr air-conditioning but thr adapter I used on a recent hyundai L pipe doesn't fit (r134) or even onthe H pipe, has anyone tried to re gas their air-conditioning and which adapter on the gas kit did you use. I'm reluctant to push to hard to make this kit fit on the L pipe fitting. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, just bought my son a viva for his first car. There is what looks like a camera built into the windscreen/rear view mirror. We’ve removed the plastic casing and it has a circuit board attached. We have no idea if it is a camera, how it works, can find no further information when searched online. Can anyone help?

Anyone had any luck could connecting a 2020 Corsa F to a Samsung A15 using android auto? My pixel 8 connects good as gold through the cable I have so it works ok. Any guidance to help appreciated

Hi all, just bought a Corsa F registered Dec 2020. my Google pixel 8 phone connected via usb without issue. Samsung A15 appears to partially connect, icons appear at the bottom of the cars screen but no functionality... Tried a bunch of cables Inc Samsung branded and no improvement any suggestions welcome thanks Andy

I own an Astra elite 14.98( no turbo ). The car after a short run, and after being shut down. Will then cranks and not fire. If It is left for a couple of hours it then starts ok.

I wouldn't bother. It's out of date the moment you install it. Go for Android Auto and install Wayz on your phone. Up to the minute updates.

Hello Members I have recently purchased a 6 month old Crossland 1.2 Ultimate and we have never had any traffic announcements or other information whilst driving. Also the clock did not change when BST started and had to done maually. All my previous Vauxhalls offered this. The settings are all ticked to get these messages also. Also the TA, RDS symbols do not light up. Has anyone else had this issue ? Thanks

Hello.. Living in Spain, but need a rear chrome boot lid part for a 2008MY Vauxhall Astra TwinTop. Seems like they are as rare as hens teeth.. Any advise where to look. Does the regular Astra hatch back chrome strip fit? Also in need of the lower mirror part on the left hand wind as it's broke and needs replacing. Would appreciate your advise, Kind Regards, Lee

Recently my car wouldn't start and this code came up p0402: excessive air flow egr. Seems to have sorted itself out but now I have noticed significant vibration between 60 and 70 mph. I have chang ed front wheels, immediately suspecting tyres, wheelbearings, bushes, control arm all seem fine but can't identify cause of vibration could it be anything to do with egr or maf?

Hi I am trying to track down a Drive Shaft Hanger Mount for a 1981 Vauxhall Chevette, sedan, 1256cc. These may also be referred to as a 'Hanger Bearing' I believe, although there is no bearing in them. They may also be called a 'central bearing damping ring'. The part I am looking for is shown with the red outline in the attached image - part 42. Appreciate if anyone could help me track one of these down. Cheers Brett

The panel that covers the OBD socket on my 2011 1.7 CDTi Auto is missing. I've looked on line and the cheapest s/hand replacement is 17 quid (Inc free scratches). Does anyone here have one for a more realistic price please? And don't mind posting. Also what is the 2 pin connector for? It looks like there's a light incorporated behind the panel for some reason - is that to illuminate the sockets?

I'm in the same situation. I spoke to a local auto electrician and he says it can't be done, he's tried it and had to mod wiring loom but still had warning lights on dash. I'm picking up a set of older insignia headlights 1ZT 011 165 and will try them out, My car has 1ZT 011 166-731 lights. I'll post back if it works out.

Fitted watts links centre bush a year ago. Now rattling with excess play. Going to fit a new one but can't find new bolt which goes through axle. Tried e bay and all other suppliers but no joy. Bolt listed on one site as M12x161. Does anyone know if this is correct?. Called dealers and gave car details. Astra 1.6 J hatch 2013.Told him needed bolt for centre watts linkage bush... His reply.. "What's that" I explained in more detail... He said "That's a new one on me" I should send you an email with a picture and you can return it with the parts marked out you need. Needles to say never got the mail. Doh Can anybody point me the right direction? Ebay or usual online boys not listing unless you got a land rover.

I have recently had an error C0045-of for the rear left (or is it?) ABS sensor so replaced it and now the code has come back but before I go replacing the hub/reluctor ring, my question is what orientation does OPL Monitor use IE sitting in the car or viewing from the front of the car? and is it different because it was developed in EU so I guess they don't use such terms as nearside and offside, so any input on this welcome as I could have been barking up the wrong side of the car!
