Vivthevivaro

Hello, This is my first time posting so hopefully I will get some good advice. I have a 2013 Vauxhall Vivaro that I would like to add a car play system and a reversing camera. Has anyone fitted either of these and can suggest any options. The vehicle is a double crew cab so no window in the back doors. I have seen a camera that will go into the top brake light. Any help would be great. Thanks
